I didn't learn to solve business problems from one job title.

How I Earned This Perspective

I learned by spending more than 20 years inside the work. For more than 20 years, I've been trusted to step into complicated work, see what others were only seeing in pieces, and create a path forward. That has meant leading projects, rebuilding processes, developing people, and connecting priorities that were pulling in different directions.

How I Earned This Perspective

The work taught me what no single title could.

THE DIFFERENCE COACHING MADE

Coaching changed how I use what I know.

My operational experience helps me recognize where the work is breaking down. My coaching background helps me understand what is happening beneath it.

A process is more likely to last and create real impact when employees are involved in shaping it, understand why it matters, and take ownership of making it work. A manager is more likely to lead change when the real barrier is understood. And an owner makes better decisions when there is room to see the full picture before acting.

The operational background through my coaching lens allows me to address the work, the process, and the people involved without treating them as separate problems.

"Coaching did not replace my operational expertise. It changed how I apply it."

Why I Do This

A growing business should create possibility, not trap its owner inside it. I have seen capable owners become the person every decision, process, and unfinished project comes back to. I do this work to help build businesses where progress does not require constant chasing, knowledge is not trapped in one person, and the owner has room to lead.

Why This Fits Me

I work comfortably in the space between structure and people.

Details and Direction

I can step into the details without losing sight of the larger picture.

Process and People

I can create structure without forgetting the people who have to work inside it.

Responsibility and Ownership

I know when to take responsibility for moving the work and when ownership needs to belong to the team.

Solving the visible problem is only the beginning.

My work starts by understanding what is really happening before deciding what should happen next.
