What You May Be Wondering
-
Not at all. Many business owners simply know they're overwhelmed or something isn't working as well as it should. We'll figure it out together.
-
Small businesses.
Growing businesses.
Family-owned businesses.
Entrepreneurs.
-
Sometimes you don't need another salary, benefits package, or full-time hire. You simply need someone who can step in, take ownership, and keep important work moving.
-
Hiring an employee means recruiting, onboarding, training, managing, and adding long-term overhead.
Working with me gives you experienced support when you need it. I step in quickly, learn your business, take ownership of meaningful work, and help create systems that continue benefiting your business long after the project is complete.
-
That's okay.
In fact, it's common.
One of the biggest lessons I learned through coaching is that the problem we notice is often just a symptom of something deeper. Rather than jumping straight into solutions, I spend time understanding how your business operates, where work gets stuck, and what success looks like. That helps us solve the right problem, not just the most obvious one.
-
No. My first priority is understanding how your business works and why people do what they do. My coaching background taught me that the fastest solution isn't always the best one. I spend time listening, asking questions, and understanding different perspectives before recommending changes. People support what they help create.
-
That's never my goal. I'm here to support the business and the people in it. My role is to remove friction, improve processes, and help everyone spend more time doing meaningful work, not to come in with all the answers.
-
Resistance usually tells me something important. Instead of pushing harder, I try to understand what's behind it. Often people aren't resisting change, they're protecting something they believe is important. Once we understand that, better solutions usually follow.
-
Absolutely. In fact, much of my work can be done remotely.
Many of the projects I help with, process improvement, documentation, project coordination, vendor management, research, and operational support, don't require me to be in your office. We stay connected through email, phone, video calls, and the tools your team already uses.
If you're local and a project would benefit from meeting in person, I'm happy to discuss that as well. My goal is to work in the way that's most effective for your business.
-
Every business is different, so there's no one-size-fits-all answer.
Some clients need help with a specific project over a few weeks. Others want ongoing operational support as their business grows.
We'll start by understanding what you're trying to accomplish, then determine the level of support that makes the most sense. My goal isn't to create dependency, it's to provide the right support for the right amount of time.
meet your trusted operational partnerOver 20 years helping businesses grow, solve problems, and simplify operations.
My career has given me the opportunity to see businesses from multiple perspectives.
I didn't build my career doing just one thing.
I started by managing teams and learning what it takes to keep people aligned around a common goal. Over the years, I built processes, led complex projects, developed marketing strategies, ran my own marketing consultancy, and partnered with both corporate organizations and small businesses.
Each experience taught me something different about what helps a business thrive and what causes it to slow down.
What ties it all together is a passion for solving problems, creating order from complexity, and helping businesses operate more effectively.
Today, I bring that breadth of experience together to help business owners create clarity, simplify operations, and take meaningful work off their plate. Whether it's improving a process, coordinating vendors, managing projects, or creating systems that support growth, my goal is always the same:
Help your business run more smoothly so you can focus on leading it.
